What is opportunity registration?
- We offer you the ability to register opportunities for incremental opportunities for net new customers.
- You can simply complete an online form to allow us to verify the opportunity that you are working on
What are the benefits for me?
- You will be offered support on the opportunity for a six month period and you will receive sales resources to assist in progressing the opportunity.
- Customers sometimes call us directly to make sure they get the best pricing possible and we can avoid any uneccesary discounting to the customer by you registering the customer opportunity with us.
- By identifying the opportunities you’re working on, we will ensure that we do not bid on the opportunity directly through our own sales team.

Terms & conditions
- For the opportunity to be accepted, it must be a net new, unknown opportunity based on the following: i) there is no opportunity recorded in our CRM system and ii) the opportunity is for a net new customer.
- If the opportunity registration is approved, then the opportunity will be assigned to you for a period of six months. During this period we will not engage that opportunity directly and after the six month period, has elapsed, the opportunity will be considered open.
- When the opportunity is approved, we commit that we will not bid directly on these opportunities and will fully support you with the opportunity. This may or may not require us to engage in the sales cycle and this will be determined on a needs basis in consultation with you.
- If there is an existing opportunity in progress, then the registration may be declined and this will be communicated to you on submission of the registration. If there is already an opportunity with us directly, then we will support you if the deal is not yet being transacted and the customer wants to transact business through you. We will require confirmation from the customer that they wish to transact the businss through you.
- We will not refer any approved, registered opportunity to any other partner but when multiple partners are competing on the same opportunity, we will support all partners in the sales cycle.
- We will not provide pricing directly to the customer without permission from you to do so. If the end customer insists on purchasing the services directly from us, then we will require confirmation from the customer and you, that this is acceptable. When this situation occurs you will be eligible for a 15% one time commission of the first year revenue which is delivered through enrolment to the Associate referral program.
- You are encouraged to register opportunities whenever possible and providing a verbal record of an opportunity does not constitute registration of an opportunity.
