eLearning
Symantec Hosted Services offers free eLearning available online exclusively to Partner Program Members. The eLearning accreditation courses and assessments are organized by product and role for Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Technical Support and Implementation (Ordering and Fulfillment). There are also eLearning introductory course modules designed to provide short comprehensive overview on services, objection handling, ClientNet and other topics.
Classroom Training
As a Symantec Hosted Services Partner you may be eligible for online learning via live webcasts and expert mentoring. Fees may apply. Symantec Hosted Services also offers fee-based Classroom Training courses at Symantec or Partner locations around the world. For charges and schedule availability contact your Partner Account Manager or email certifications@messagelabs.com.
Registrants will be emailed a user id and password to login to our Learning Management System and will be given access to all product courses based on their role as specified as well as access to introductory courses.

- In the Support Ticketing Center you can delegate access to users to raise tickets either on your behalf or on the behalf of your clients.
- Order Forms in the ClientNet Partners area should be used in place of the existing PartnerNet forms. PartnerNet will be retired at the end of January. The new versions of the Order Forms will:
• Give you visibility into the products held by your customers.
• Enable you to order all products you are contracted to sell.
• Improve the usability of the forms.
- You can also assign credentials to other members of your organization and manage who within your organization is able to access specific areas of functionality. In addition, you can control what contact and support information customers see.
